Position

As an Associate Restaurant Technology RPA Developer, you will play a pivotal role in establishing automation capabilities across restaurant systems.  Our team provides foundational support working in partnership with Restaurant Technology, Business Intelligence, and Pricing Analytics teams to maintain, establish and integrate Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities.


The primary responsibilities of an Associate Restaurant Technology RPA Developer will be to work collaboratively across the organization to identify opportunities for creating value and eliminating repetitive manual tasks through automation.  The ideal candidate will have experience with browser-based UI automation solutions, Microsoft Power Automate preferred.

 

Essential Responsibilities

  • Work closely with restaurant technology teams to develop and integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.
  • Collaborate across the organization to design RPA solutions that drive more robust pricing models for the business.
  • Create user documentation, including process design documents and test cases.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Solve and debug any issues arising during development, testing, and implementation phases.
  • Enhance existing automation workflows to continuously improve process efficiency.
  • Maintain and monitor RPA bots in production to ensure smooth and error-free execution.
  • Deliver training and support to business users on applying and understanding RPA solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in RPA technology to recommend standard processes and improvements.
  • Experience developing with RPA tools (Microsoft Power Automate Preferred). 


Qualifications

  • Experience with common automation techniques, including browser-based UI Automation, Windows client automation, RESTful APIs, data scraping, document processing, and more.
  • Experience with the configuration, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions.
  • Experience managing delivery of multiple simultaneous complex technology solutions.
  • Trusted to work independently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to execute projects and tasks with minimal guidance and supervision.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized and able to work with others.
  • Great Sense of Humor!
