Our Vision for this Role

The Treasury Systems Analyst will support the optimization, integration, and daily operation of key treasury technologies, including Kyriba, SAP, Blackline and Workday. This role is vital to the efficiency, visibility, and control of corporate cash and treasury operations across a multi-brand franchise operator. The ideal candidate will blend technical knowledge with financial acumen to drive automation, improve reporting, and support business-critical projects. 


What We Will Accomplish Together

  • Serving as a subject matter expert for Kyriba, including bank connectivity, GL mapping, and workflows 
  • Partnering with IT and finance teams to support the implementation of Workday and Blackline 
  • Supporting integrations and interfaces between Kyriba, Blackline, and Workday 
  • Administering user access, maintaining audit trails, and ensuring security controls across platforms 
  • Monitoring daily cash positioning and system performance, escalating issues as needed. 
  • Identifying and implementing automation opportunities across treasury processes (e.g., cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, intercompany payments)  
  • Supporting compliance with internal controls, SOX, and audit requirements. 
  • Leading other projects may be assigned. 


What You Have

  • You should have a 4-year degree in accounting, finance, or other related area. 
  • You should have a detailed understanding of accounting, finance, and treasury. 
  • You should have experience with Kyriba or a major TMS platform. 
  • You should have familiarity with SAP/Workday and Blackline. 
  • You should have working knowledge of SFTP integrations, ERP-TMS connectivity, and payment hubs 
  • You should have a strong understanding of bank file formats (SWIFT, BAI, ISO 20022), APIs, and cash management principles 
  • You should have proficiency with Excel and data analytics 
  • You should have prior exposure to SOX-compliant environments and audit support 
  • You should have experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or multi-unit retail industry would be a plus 
  • You should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills 
  • You should have excellent communication skills to collaborate with finance, IT, and external partners 
  • You should be adaptable and solution-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset 
  • You should have the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion in a dynamic environment. 
  • Finally, you should bring an excellent sense of humor to the table - we like to have FUN!
