Our Vision for this Role
The Cash Verification Specialist position will be primarily responsible for handling the sales audit of revenue activity of the restaurants for designated market(s).
What We Will Accomplish Together
- Reviewing cash files to ensure all locations are loaded into SAP and Kyriba (treasury workstation)
- Reviewing bank files to ensure we received files for all locations into Kyriba
- Reconciling the cash file to the bank file daily per location
- Researching any differences between the cash and bank file and reach out to the appropriate parties to resolve differences
- Preparing weekly and monthly cash over/short reporting and discuss with the operations group
- Providing gift card support
- Performing other duties as assigned or requested
What You Have
- You should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- You should be able to provide strong Research & Problem Solving Abilities
- You should have strong Communication Skills - Verbal, Written and Phone Skills
- Your education at a minimum would be a High School Diploma. Associate Degree Accounting/Finance preferred.
- You should have 2 - 4+ years in an accounting/office environment
- You should have 2 years of Journal Entry preparation (Debit/Credit knowledge)
- A knowledge of bank reconciliation software package preferable but not required.
- Finally, you should bring an excellent sense of humor to the table - we like to have FUN!
