Our Vision for this Role
As the Real Estate Lease Administration Specialist, you will assist in maintaining the corporate 2,700+ lease portfolio for Flynn Group. Your responsibilities include supporting the Lease Manager and Operations staff in Day-to-Day tasks, rent review and balancing, keeping in SAP system current with all portfolio changes and reviewing lease details as required.
What We Will Accomplish Together
- Assisting with Invoice-coding responsibilities within the RE Department.
- Handling incoming Landlord and Operational Questions.
- Proactively monitoring all emails and incoming mail for each property and distribute to the correct team member.
- Field incoming calls and make outbound calls as necessary.
- Sending and tracking FED Ex packages sent to Landlord for Rent Commencement letters and other Notices.
- Reviewing Lease Details and report findings to Lease Management.
- Providing financial statements/sales information to landlords as required in the lease, with required internal approvals.
- Recording management of important supporting documents for lease modifications, including web-based document storage and sharing such documents with attorneys and FRG team.
- Completing other duties as may be assigned.
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets using MS Excel for Management distribution.
- Communicating with landlords to acquire appropriate documentation for duties like change of ownership, address change or ACH updates with the vendor.
What You Have
- You should have one to two years of administrative support.
- Experience in Real Estate; Commercial/Corporate Real Estate preferred.
- You should have the ability to work effectively in a high-growth environment and a rapidly changing organization.
- You should have strong computer skills with an emphasis on MS Excel; SAP experience a plus.
- You should be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
