Position Description
The Real Estate Lease Administrator 1 will assist in maintaining the corporate 2,500+ lease portfolio for Flynn Restaurant Group (FRG). Responsibilities include supporting Lease Manager and Operations staff in day-to-day tasks, processing expense reconciliations & budgets and reviewing lease details as required.
Essential responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and update SAP database system for budget changes
- Review Landlord ownership changes for accuracy and enter approved changes into database.
- Abstract and enter new leases in the database.
- Receive, review and process expense reconciliations.
- Handle incoming Operations and Landlord questions, including lease reviews and CAM issues.
- Review and process lease option requests with lease manager.
- Review and process lease amendment requests with lease manager.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external legal teams.
- Record management of important supporting documents for lease modifications, including web-based document storage and sharing such documents with attorneys and FRG team.
- Processing tax invoices to the appropriate vendor.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience
- College degree strongly preferred.
- Three years’ relevant lease administration experience
- Commercial/Corporate Real Estate experience required
- Ability to work effectively in a high-growth environment
- ·Strong computer skills with an emphasis on MS Excel; SAP experience a plus.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently with guidance from management.
