Our Vision for this Role

The Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A will play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide financial planning, reporting, and analysis. This role will lead the annual planning process, consolidate financial results across international and fitness business segments, lead key FP&A strategic initiatives, and partner with leadership to provide strategic and actionable insights and recommendations. The Senior Manager will manage one direct report, build strong cross-functional relationships, and deliver impactful analysis to support executive decision-making and external stakeholder reporting.


What We Will Accomplish Together

  • Drive continuous improvement in enterprise forecasting, reporting, and planning processes.
  • Consolidate and analyze financial results for international and fitness business units as well as any new future business segments.
  • Align financial forecasts and annual budgeting processes with operations and financial leadership; partner with business and functional leaders to translate strategic objectives into financial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with corporate development and enterprise leaders to align financial insights with long-term objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders by translating financial insights into clear, data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead the preparation of periodic internal and external operations and financial reviews, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities; analyze and communicate drivers behind financial results and potential implications on future performance. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of consolidated reporting packages.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations that clearly communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Provide analytical guidance for business planning decisions in areas such as capital deployment, working capital, overhead and overall operational effectiveness.
  • Support key FP&A initiatives including the annual budget process, evolution of month end reporting, Power BI reporting, financial planning software implementation, and Workday implementation
  • Provide analytical counsel to inform decision-making around strategic and tactical initiatives across business operations, development, and real estate. 
  • Understand market dynamics and competitive landscape; conduct analysis, synthesize, and summarize implications to business.
  • Support system and tool enhancements that improve efficiency and scalability of FP&A deliverables.
  • Manage, coach, and develop one direct report, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration; provide mentorship and guidance to enhance analytical and business partnership skills.
  • Partner cross-functionally with multiple operational and corporate departments.
  • Serve as an objective financial steward with an enterprise perspective.


What You Have

  • You should have a bachelor’s degree, in a quantitative discipline is required, along with a minimum of 7-10+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, investment banking, or private equity.
  • You should have a strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • You should have advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial systems; Microsoft Power BI, SAP, and Workday experience is a plus.
  • You should have proven analytical and technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and proactive curiosity.
  • You should have the ability to partner with and work across all levels of the organization.
  • You should be a self-starter who has had success working in ambiguous situations.
  • You should be an excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Finally, you should bring an excellent sense of humor to the table – we like to have FUN!
