Our Vision for this Role
As the Treasury Associate, you will support daily treasury operations, including cash management, banking relationships, and liquidity forecasting. You will ensure timely execution of treasury transactions, monitors cash positions across entities, and assists with compliance and reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced finance environment.
What We Will Accomplish Together
- Supporting bank account management, including account openings, KYC documentation, and signature maintenance.
- Maintaining treasury systems and tools (e.g., bank portals, treasury workstations).
- Preparing and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports to internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring treasury controls and procedures are followed, including SOX compliance where applicable.
- Coordinating with internal departments (e.g., Accounting, Accounts Payable) and external banking partners.
- Participating in treasury projects and system enhancements.
- Monitoring daily cash positioning and system performance, escalating issues as needed.
- Leading other projects as may be assigned.
What You Have
- You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- You should have 1-3 years of relevant experience in treasury, banking, or corporate finance preferred.
- You should have proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with treasury system /ERP (e.g., Kyriba, SAP, Workday, Oracle) is a plus.
- You should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- You should have prior exposure to SOX-compliant environments and audit support
- If you have experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or multi-unit retail industry - it would be a plus!
- You should have a strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- You should be adaptable and solution-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
- Finally, you should bring an excellent sense of humor to the table - we like to have FUN!
