Our HR team is comprised HR directors, managers, and coordinators who support each of our brands by assisting in retaining employees, emphasizing employee development, and providing guidance on employee concerns.

It is important that our organization’s technology is up-to-date and compliant. Our IT department is a team of dedicated individuals overseeing all networking, application development, security, and infrastructure across all our restaurants. 

Our procurement team helps all six of our brands by concentrating on ways to improve and streamline operational functionality, reduce driving costs, and deliver top-notch goods and services.

With six different brands and over 73,000 employees, our finance team is responsible for managing our organization’s financial resources and making strategic financial decisions to ensure our long-term financial success. 

Within a business, there are various components that are essential to its operation, and our Risk department is one of those crucial elements. We turn to our Risk department to guarantee compliance and manage our risk to keep us operational while making employees, customers, and stakeholders happy.

Our Business Intelligence team’s main focus is to support field operations and departments by focusing on and addressing the critical questions of our business. With the help of this team, we are able to create meaningful change across the organization. 

We are growing every single day - both literally and figuratively. When it comes down to our physical growth, our Real Estate & Construction team is responsible for everything from constructing new stores to remodeling existing ones to aid with our continuous growth.
