Flynn Family Fund
Taking care of our own is at the heart of our team and core to our culture. That is why we started the
Family Fund to support
our team members and their families when they are faced with unexpected challenges. The fund is entirely
employee funded, with
more than 65% of our team members participating.
Flexible Schedule
Flynn Group also offers a hybrid schedule, Monday through Thursday in office and Fridays are work
from home! Our goal is to create an environment where innovation thrives, with office-based teams coming together four days a week
to collaborate and thrive, together!
Community
